What is it made from and How?

Bali Nutra Coconut Jam is made on the rich soils of Bali, using only natural ingredients from coconut trees, combining fresh coconut milk and coconut nectar.

Bali Nutra Coconut jam is a healthy alternative to regular jams that use refined sugars, Bali Nutra only uses organic coconut nectar taken from the tip of the coconut blossom and artisan fresh coconut milk made on the same island, making this is single source sustainable product of Bali.

It is similar to ‘Kaya’ a popular jam in South East Asia, but without eggs or preservatives.

What does it taste like?

Bali Nutra Coconut jam tastes like creamy caramel with a light coconut flavour and should be used sparingly as it is very rich.
Like most great things, a little goes a long way.

What to use it with?

Best spread lightly on toast, pancakes, waffles, yoghurt, cereal, yoghurt, muesli, baking and dessert fillings, muffin topping or ice cream.
Best recommend combinations with a drizzle of lime/lemon and ice cream.
